Great and friendly service. They installed a garbage disposal for me and laid out three scenarios. Best case scenario and 2 what if scenarios, all clearly, detailed and priced out. We recently ran into an issue with some soft clogs in our plumbing due to excessive scaling in our older cast iron pipes under the house. Another larger plumbing service quoted us at $6000 to descale, plus another $6000 to fix a separate issue. We called Legendary for a second opinion and they quoted us at $1500 -- we were thrilled! Frank, our first technician, walked us through the issue and was patient and thorough, talking us through the full process for fixing our issue. Two days later, two different technicians, Ben and Dylan, arrived on time to do the service. They were tidy, thorough, and again helped walk us through the process. They even helped us diagnose some other minor issues we had been having. Overall a great experience, highly recommend working with them, will definitely be contacting Legendary for all of our future plumbing needs.

We had a clogged kitchen sink where the water backed up into the dishwasher on a Thanksgiving week. We were looking for a plumber and came across Legendary services in Thumbtack. Not only were they responsive and professional, Frank our technician was so good at his job. He kept us informed throughout the process and gave us options. He was very professional and answered all our questions with patience and was very detailed. We would definitely use Legendary services going forward because of Frank!

A routine furnace maintenance check shows multiple issues that were reviewed piece by piece. The unit ultimately needed to be replaced and a detailed written quote with options was provided. There were positive carbon monoxide readings in our basement, so they turned off our unit and provided complimentary space heaters that kept us comfortable until we could have the unit replaced.We were updated with arrival times and project updates and both Sean and Codi were very pleasant and helpful.

Had a drain backup at the washer/dryer. Frank came in and was able to explain the issue and help me understand what my options are before starting the work. He also gave us some helpful tips so that we don't get charged an arm and a leg for services we don't need. Mainly, he fixed the issue we were having without doing a bunch of stuff that wasn't really going to solve the problem. Highly recommend him for your future plumbing issues.

I'm someone who tries to do everything I can before calling in the Calvary. Little did I know our shower project was well over our home family's skill level.I found Legendary online and knew they were the ones as they had a 5 star review! Who wouldn't want to work with a company/tradesmen like that?!?Shawn was the first to the scene. He came and assessed then came back with a game plan A. Plan A didn't quite work due to poor pipe quality as a result of our struggle to keep salt in our softener for years which resulted in corrosion and sediment in the shower line.Plan B. Ben and Dillion came to save the day today. It took them a bit and it sounded as though they even brought their dental drills. There was success in Plan B and we now have a functioning shower with shut off valves! During Plan B I became "one of those" people that brought up another issue (I am so sorry). Ben and Dillion handled me with kindness and care. For that I am so appreciative. Our kitchen sink had some pressure issues, but it really had a pressure issue this time turning the whole house water off and then back on. Ben - I so appreciate you explaining it to me and not giving me an attitude that made me feel like a total heel.Needless to say, I will be calling upon these fine gentlemen again. I'm grateful to have a company I can trust and share with my neighbors and friends!Well done Legendary!! Well done!

Legendary service was quick to respond, updated with status of work schedule and technician’s arrival time. On the day of the service Joey O’malley was great! He is knowledgeable, answered my concerns and went over my options, gave me space to think through my choices, and resolved the issue efficiently. On top of that he was incredibly personable. Will definitely be requesting him for any future sump pump problems!
